Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The purpose of this form is to submit nominations for McKenzie County Public School Athletes and Teams. Please fill out the form below to nominate someone and we will be in contact with you.

Player/Performer - A former player/performer who has performed with excellence in their activity. Nominees must be, or must have participated in one or more activities that were available to any Watford City High School (WCHS) students. The Nominee does not have to have graduated from WCHS or Johnson Corners Christian Academy (JCCA) or any other school affiliated with WCHS. Candidates must be out of school for a minimum of 10 years in order to be eligible.

Coaches/Advisors/Directors - A candidate must either be a former or current coach/advisor/director who has distinguished himself/herself by demonstrating exceptional leadership, character, and accomplishments.

Teams - A team whose performance was exceptional. Certain circumstances may enter into their candidacy and create an exception to this ruling. The team must be out of school for at least 10 years to be considered.

Contributor - A person, group or organization who has been a loyal and devoted supporter of WCHS/JCCA Activities.

Outstanding Achievement - A player/performer/group who has by the sum total of their accomplishments, brought honor to the schools and/or the community.

Special Recognition - A person, group or organization who has by the sum total of their accomplishments, brought honor to the school and/or the community.The recipient of this award does not have to be a graduate of WCHS/JCCA, and/or did not participate in activities that were not sponsored by WCHS/JCCA.

Then the committee will reach out to the nominee and have them fill out the rest of the nomination form.
*Individuals/teams are eligible for nomination 10 years after graduation.
